**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **end-to-end recruitment** for IT and Non-IT roles across various domains.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements and deliver within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases with accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in recruitment with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Previous experience working in **UK/International shifts** is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills to close offers within budget and timelines.
