**Job Description**:

- Good knowledge on ITIL Process & O365 Administration & implementation.
- Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services.
- Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services.
- Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Hybrid Entra ID & Identity and access management
- Strong troubleshooting mind-set (e.g. parsing event log, Sysinternals, analyzing memory dumps)
- General knowledge of user profile management (Citrix, Flex,Appsense,)
- Expertise in Administrative support, Documentation Management and resolution of complex issues; demonstrate professionalism, attention to details and collaborative nature.
- Effectively manage time and maintain regular communication and pass updates to both customer and internal management.

**Primary Skills**:
