**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Formulating BOQ for all disciplines & Zero Cost estimate as per detailed rate analysis with reference to MEP Drawings.

2. Assess Project Risk, opportunity identification and support the management by developing and implementing appropriate Project Contract & Commercial Plan.

3. Scrutinizing the Bid Documents, preparation of Comparative statements with respect to Technical and financial and negotiate with the vendor and award the Contract.

4. Call for RFQs for Sub Contracts and explain, clarify the Technical, Commercial and Contractual doubts to Sub Contractors, item wise costing of RFQ items, based on the present market rates and project location.

5. Prepare / check subcontractor s bills, vendor’s bills etc. and pass for payment.

6. Prepare claims for extra time, deviations etc.

7. Participating review meetings and making strategy in line with the management.

8. Performing all the Tendering Activities.

9. Prepare Bill of Quantities for the project.

10. Coordination with External consultants regarding drawing inputs, comments and follow up for the deliverables.

11. In case of variation, detailed analysis to be done & prior approval to be taken.

12. Prepare all Project related documents i.e. Project Specification

13. Tender, Bill Checking & Certifications.

14. Checking quantity at site & taking measurement at site.

15. Must be aware of Technical Specifications of all the MEP works.

16. Keep up to date record of work done, billed, passed and balance to be billed.

17. Prepare cost analysis of the project on a Monthly basis.

18. Develop, implement and improvement of the quality, health, safety and environmental systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

19. Its process & procedures to support the business operations should be carried out as per Quality Management Systems (QMS)

20. Billing & Cost Management: Prepare and verify MEP-related bills, including measurement, valuation, and certification of works.

21. Ensure timely and accurate billing and financial reporting.

22. Quantity Take-off: Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP systems based on AutoCAD drawings and specifications.

23. Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive records of MEP quantities, costs, and changes. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for financial tracking and audit purposes.

24. Contract Administration: Assist in the preparation and management of MEP-related contract documents and variations. Support contract negotiation and administration processes.

25. Coordination: Work closely with project managers, MEP engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that billing and cost management activities align with project requirements and schedules.

26. Site Measurement: Perform site measurements and inspections to validate MEP quantities and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

**The requirements**:
**1) Qualifications : BE/B.Tech/ Diploma - Mechanical/Electrical.**

**2) Experience' : 8 to 12 years**

Commercial/Residential projects Experience at Mid-Level, in Large Buildings Construction / Contracting Company. Experience in Buildings Projects, especially the High-rise/Multi-storied Buildings are highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
