Position: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our manufacturing products, with a specific focus on cartoons.
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development within the cartoon segment.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the cartoon industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketing activities and outcomes.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company and products at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully marketing and selling products within the cartoon segment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and oversee marketing initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
