1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1 Retail Sales:
- Greet and engage with customers, understand their needs and preferences for furniture.
- Showcase furniture products, highlighting features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and budget.
- Create a positive and memorable customer experience in the showroom.
- Negotiate and close sales of retail furniture.
- Keep and update the database of visited customers including their requirements, contact details, budget and needs, which has to be analysed and shared with the team members during monthly meetings.
1.2 Custom Project Closing:
- Consult with clients to understand their specific project requirements and design preferences for furniture.
- Collaborate with the design team to create custom furniture solutions that meet client specifications.
- Provide clients with accurate quotes and lead times for custom furniture projects.
- Manage the sales process for custom furniture projects, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
1.3 Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote retail and project orders.
- Create database of potential clients using online and offline sources
- Cold calling, follow ups and engaging with customers
- Manage social media presence and create engaging content.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and events.
- Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
2. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create product knowledge of both retail and customizable furniture options.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their unique needs.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Time management skills.
- Creativity and digital marketing proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
