**JOB PURPOSE**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Detail understanding of RFQ
- Review, assess, and understand tender requirements and guidelines.
- Maintaining list of requirements
- Prepare and compile tender documents accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, including technical specifications, pricing details, legal requirements, and supporting documentation.
- Verify and validate the accuracy and completeness of tender documentation before submission.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and organized filing system for tender-related documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Create and implement standardized filing procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Regularly update and maintain the tender filing system, ensuring that documents are correctly labelled and stored in appropriate categories.
- Monitor and track the status of tender submissions and document any changes or updates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documents and ensure their timely submission.
- Perform regular quality checks on tender documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tender requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tender documents, submissions, and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing tenders and any challenges faced during the documentation and filing process.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender documentation and filing.
- Proven experience in tender documentation management or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**WORK LOCATION**:Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
