Accountant Job Description
- Reconciling intercompany balances monthly
- Month-end closing activities including processing of monthly journals, including payroll

journals
- Perform all balance sheet reconciliation and investigate variance
- Preparation of monthly Business Activity statement
- Assist with preparations of FBT return
- Preparation of monthly accounts and month end reporting for both Australia and overseas

subsidiaries for Financial Controller to review
- Preparation of monthly cash flow reporting
- Provide financial information on bids proposals
- Prepare ABS survey
- Managing office lease schedule
- Assist in year end audit
- Assist in budget preparations
- Assist in Preparation of quarterly group consolidations
- Assist in annual income tax return
- Backup for the reviewer for account payable work performed by outsourced AP team
- Backup for administration of company’s credit card
- Backup for bank reconciliations and creditor reconciliations
- Backup for Monthly service fees invoicing to subsidiaries
- Backup for Manage and reconcile Fixed Asset register
- Ac-hoc duties as required by Financial Controller

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5-10 year’s relevant work experiences
- Degree qualified and CPA/CA qualified
- Knowledge of Financial Force (ERP) would be advantages
- The ability to handle challenges with a mature and can-do attitude
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail
- Competency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A self starter with a positive attitude and initiative
- Exposure to Australian accounting standards and tax law is an advantage
- Experience preparing statutory accounts for a multinational company
- A continuous improvement mindset and the desire to build the WT culture and

workplace experience

**Salary**: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
