In this vital role, you'll provide crucial support to customers and colleagues in our contact

centers. You'll be responding to and investigating queries, providing support on business

processes, policies and procedures, and developing an understanding of customer and

business needs in order to suggest improvements and increase efficiency.

**Designation**:Intern - ORM

**Location**: Malad, Mumbai (Hybrid)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with the target audience across all social media platforms.
- Address customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Give detailed knowledge to the customers about the company and services offered.
- You will monitor the calls, and transactions between customers and staff.
- Prepare and present reports identifying the issues and performance.
- Calibration across departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Help streamline the processes.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and help the team with the execution.
- Maintaining a focus on improving our customer service and experiences.

**Qualification**
- Graduation or equivalent

**Work Experience/ Profile**:

- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, has good

communication skills and timely reporting as required.
