Key Responsibilities

1. Order Entry & Documentation
- Receive confirmed client orders from Fashion Advisors/Sales Associates.
- Record all measurements, fabric selections, embroidery details, and customisation notes accurately in the system.
- Generate production sheets and order forms for the workshop and tailoring masters

2.Production Coordination
- Forward order details to the factory/workshop and relevant masters.
- Ensure fabrics, trims, and embroidery designs are ready before production begins.
- Follow up with suppliers for any special materials or customisations.

3. Timeline & Quality Tracking
- Monitor order progress at each stage of production.
- Flag potential delays or issues and coordinate solutions with the production team.
- Arrange fittings and final checks before delivery.

4. Communication
- Act as the central point of contact between sales, production, and sourcing teams.
- Provide regular updates to Fashion Advisors so they can keep clients informed.
- Liaise with quality control to ensure the final product matches specifications.

5. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain updated order status reports.
- Keep records of all client orders for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in improving the order flow process for better efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Fashion
- Working Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Prior experience in fashion production coordination, garment manufacturing, or luxury retail operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with fabrics, tailoring terms, and garment construction is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
