**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, trend-forward products to our customers. As we scale our online presence, we’re looking for a creative and results-driven **Social Media Executive** to manage and grow our social media channels, engage our audience, and support digital marketing efforts that drive traffic and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute creative social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
- Design and schedule posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos in line with brand tone and aesthetic
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build a strong online community
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams for launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content
- Support paid campaign creatives and ad copy for Meta Ads, Google Display, and other platforms

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in eCommerce or fashion/lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, formats, and analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps
- Excellent written communication skills and an eye for aesthetics and branding
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**:

- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe Suite
- Experience in running paid social media ads
- Creative storytelling or copywriting experience
- Understanding of influencer marketing and collaborations
