Job Title: Purchase Officer/ Executive - Male/Female

Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs

**Salary**: Upto 3.50PA

Education: Any Graduate

Job Location: Sanand

**Job Description**:

- Procurement processes and techniques, including preparation of comparison, purchase orders and analysis of vendor responses for raw materials, packaging materials & others prerequisites like impurities, columns, chemicals & standards.
- Procurement of Finished Products Purchase.
- To be co-ordinate or follow up with Finished Products and Raw materials and Packaging Materials supplier for artwork approval to received goods at our site.
- To follow up for documents from vendors & to support vendor management.
- Negotiation and communication with suppliers in order to establish and strengthen continuity of supply.
- Communication with internal stakeholders (Designer/production/QC/QA/other department).
- Expediting deliveries of purchase orders.
- Management of supplier’s post contact.
- Balance price competitiveness with ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- To Verify and approved the purchase order against received invoice materials.
- Experience in RM/PM procurement section preferably in pharmaceutical company.
- Having knowledge of MS Office and software (ERP).

Skills:
Good knowledge in communication, Ability to multitask, Strong organizational skills, diplomacy etc.
