As an E commerce supporter, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Amazon marketplace listings. Your primary responsibility will be to improve product visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales on the Amazon platform through effective listing optimization, data analysis, and understanding of Amazon’s algorithms and policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Listing Management**: Create, optimize, and update product listings with engaging titles, bullet points, and descriptions that align with Amazon SEO best practices.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- **Keyword Optimization**: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms, boosting organic visibility for each product.
- **Data Analysis**: Track and analyze listing performance, including sales data, conversion rates, and competitor activity, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- **Advertising & PPC Campaigns**: Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase sales, and optimize ad spend.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports and KPIs related to Amazon sales and listings.
- **Customer Service**: Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high ratings and positive brand reputation.
- **A/B Testing**: Implement A/B tests for product images, titles, and descriptions to maximize conversion rates and optimize content.

**Requirements**:

- **Amazon Marketplace Knowledge**: Proven experience working on Amazon, with an understanding of best practices for listing optimization, Amazon SEO, and compliance.
- **Ecommerce Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of eCommerce, especially Amazon’s platform policies and tools.
- **Advanced Excel Skills**: Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking of sales metrics.
- **Typing Speed**: Ability to type at least 65 WPM with above 97% accuracy.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent or native English speaker with strong grammar, spelling, and written communication skills.
- **Availability**: Commitment of 25 - 44 scheduled hours per week (including weekends).
