
Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of the company.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and handle sales inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with sales calls, follow-ups, and generating leads.
- Provide support to the management team as needed with various administrative functions.
- Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating with other departments and team members.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or similar administrative role.
- Proven experience in handling sales calls and administrative duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multitasking and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected situations.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a corporate or office environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
