We're in search of a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on gold loan services. This opportunity is perfect for freshers eager to dive into field sales, learn, and progress.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make data calls to potential customers to create leads and promote our gold loan services.
- Participate in local market activities to understand trends, spot potential customers, and seek new business opportunities.
- Assist in transitioning customers' existing gold loans to our company by convincing them.
- Forge and uphold strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet the sales targets set by the company.
- Offer insights to management about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor actions.

**Requirements**:

- Great communication and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Openness to learning and tackling new tasks.
- While prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.
- Some knowledge of gold loan products and services is beneficial.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
