Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list of leads.
- Introduce company products/services to prospects and explain their benefits.
- Identify potential customers' needs and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong rapport with potential customers through effective communication.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about our offerings.
- Address questions, concerns, and objections from prospects in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Continuously update your product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't taken immediate action.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and objections.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
