Shifts - Night / Rotational

Permanent Work from Office.

Cab facility within the specific geographic radius.

1500/- Deduct from the salary+ PF

Job Specification
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers telephonically and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Actively seek out customers in building a good customer service level.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Cross-sell products
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities etc)

**Skills**:

- Communicates well and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knows effective ways to market products and services and learns about new offerings quickly.
- Works well independently and has advanced time management and organization skills.
- Manages sales representatives and has good leadership skills.
- Builds relationships with customers and co-workers and has strong interpersonal skills

**Salary**: From ₹37,000.00 per month
