Responsible to add new Vendors / Suppliers
- Interact with Suppliers in order to get payment credit
- Responsible for purchase of IT products in the organization within the approved budget and as per the required quality standards
- Review requisition requirements
- Responsible to understand organization requirement and procure accordingly
- Work efficiently with organization for additional information or any questions
- * Help the organization in getting payment credit form supplier
- Negotiate cost savings and terms when applicable with Supplier
- Price and delivery Confirmation
- Order receipt Confirmation
- Complete organization requests for set up of new suppliers including providing applicable information
- Maintain all relevant supplier documentation
- Ensure Audit readiness of all purchasing documents
- Work with Stakeholders and Management efficiently
- Supplier performance MIS and monitoring of adherence to system
