**Role Overview**:
**Strategic Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **governance frameworks** for **background verification**, covering both **staff and management cadre hiring**.
- Ensure **adherence to hiring deviation protocols**, reinforcing compliance and best practices.
- Optimize the **talent acquisition process** using **Alt Recruit - PeopleStrong ATS** for efficiency and scalability.
- Establish **uniform hiring governance** across all units, fostering consistency and compliance.

Operational Responsibilities:

- Manage **consultant empanelment** processes for both **India and overseas hiring**.
- Enhance the **pre
- and post-joining experience** by implementing **personalized engagement touchpoints**.
- Lead **ABG Alumni outreach initiatives** to tap into an experienced talent pool for re-hiring.
- Oversee internal communication, including **new joinee announcements and transfer updates**.
- Oversee the **hiring process on SharePoint**, ensuring **real-time updates** on hiring and **campus recruitment collaterals**.
- Implement **digital hiring solutions** and leverage **technology-driven campus recruitment** to enhance efficiency.

**Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Initiatives**:

- ** Enhance employer brand visibility** by crafting engaging job postings, social media campaigns, and recruitment content.
- Partner with **campus teams and hiring managers** to drive **high-impact employer branding initiatives**.

**Requirements**:

- ** MBA in HR** from a reputed institution.
- ** 8 - 10 years** of experience in **Talent Acquisition, Governance, and Employer Branding**.
- Strong understanding of **recruitment compliance, background verification, and ATS platforms (Alt Recruit - PeopleStrong preferred)**.
- Experience in **onboarding, employer branding, and employee engagement strategies**.
- Proven ability to **build and execute recruitment marketing initiatives**.
- Excellent **communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills**.
