Business Operations- Management- Ensures NEFT activation for third party payouts
- Supporting Central Operation team for resolving pending vendor empanelment queries
- Responds on TDS queries from channel partners and ensures resolution and reconciliation
- Computes and ensures payouts between businesses with ABFL for lead sharing activities basis approvals from Head
- Mortgages
- Providing business projections to Internal & External stakeholders for various reports and reviews including reporting to RBI’s

Sales Governance- Monitoring standard practices, systems and norms in line with business processes and operational risk considerations, to be used for pan-organization sales operations
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure relevance and feasibility of governance standards and mechanisms, as well as efficiency in driving compliance
- Track deviation cases such as discipline issues, non-compliance by team members/ channel partners, etc. and ensure action steps completed as required, in concurrence with concerned stakeholders to ensure adherence
- Tracking Open/Uncleared Disbursement cheques till closure and ensuring requisite approval is taken from sr management for holding the cheques as per process.
- Tracking & supporting for closure on Escrow Accounts
- Tracking and supporting local team in Monitoring Net TDS Receivable for mortgage customer through regular coordination and publishing Dashboard
- Tracking PDD’s & Publishing Dashboard for Pan India

Performance Improvement- Highlight cases of underperformance and low team productivity across the business, using reports shared by Data Analytics team
- Work with sales team managers to ensure the creation of a time-bound, clearly defined Performance Development Plan (PDP)
- Ensure tracking of PDPs through reports/ follow-ups by team members and liaise with stakeholders as required (Manager, seniors, HR, etc.)
- Drive Managers & HR for closure on retention/ exit decisions post PDP completion

Expense Management- Conduct analysis of expenses incurred ensuring alignment with defined categories/ heads and policies, and provide approval for processing of reimbursements
- Escalate cases of expenses deviating from defined policies to relevant approval authority
