**Job Title**: Outbound Call Center Process

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as part of the Outbound Call Center Process. The primary responsibility will be to assist sellers, vendors, and small business owners in registering on the JioMart platform, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free onboarding experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential sellers and vendors through calls to explain the benefits of selling on JioMart.
- Guide sellers through the registration process, including documentation, KYC (Know Your Customer), and profile setup.
- Provide support and answer queries regarding platform policies, procedures, and product listings.
- Follow up with prospective sellers to ensure the registration process is completed successfully.
- Ensure compliance with JioMart’s guidelines for onboarding sellers.
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and progress on registrations.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to resolve any issues faced by sellers during the registration process.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or vendor management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online selling processes is an advantage.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
