An IT Coordinator must be knowledgeable in software. He/she must have knowledge of Java, outlook, MS-teams and SharePoint. An IT Coordinator are responsible for system performance, design, and reliability and the security and optimization of computer systems. They must be critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to detail. Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of our key demographics.
- Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, access rights, storage allocations, and active directory administration.
- Executing full lifecycle software development.
- Document and maintain software functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
- Ensure software is updated with latest features.
- Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.
- Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices.
- Provide technical support or training for systems and networks.
- Monitor system and network performance.
- Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups).
- Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules.
- Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
- Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.
- **Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Must knowledge of Java, outlook, MS-teams and SharePoint.
- BSc/BA in information technology or computer science is preferred.
- Certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
