**1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management**:

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche positions.

- Conduct market mapping when required.

**2. Screening & Shortlisting**:

- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Evaluate resumes and shortlist profiles aligned to job requirements.

**3. End-to-End Recruitment Coordination**:

- Facilitate salary negotiation and offer discussions when authorized.

**4. Stakeholder Management**:

- Provide timely updates on recruitment status and closure timelines.

- Ensure smooth onboarding handover after a successful hire.

**5. Compliance & Documentation**:

- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

- Submit weekly/monthly MIS reports as agreed.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms.

- Good communication and interviewing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple roles independently.

- Time management, target orientation, and attention to detail.

- Experience hiring for mid-level, senior-level, or niche roles preferred.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).

- Experience recruiting for IT, non-IT, or industry-specific roles is an advantage.

- Freelance recruiters with their own network/database will be preferred.
