We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to deliver world-class customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient way
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate to relevant teams as needed
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and first-call resolution targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in customer care or a related field
- Industry-specific knowledge or experience
- Proficiency in multiple languages including English & Hindi
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
