**Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Handling & Service Advising**:

- Greet customers professionally and listen to their vehicle issues.

**2. Spare Parts Sales & Management**:

- Identify spare parts requirements based on job card and customer demand.
- Check parts availability and issue from stock or raise order requisitions.
- Generate parts invoices and coordinate with inventory/store team.
- Advise customers on required/recommended parts, upsell accessories or value-added products.
- Maintain stock levels, monitor fast
- and slow-moving items.
- Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and receiving parts.

**3. Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of job cards, invoices, customer interactions.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, parts issues, and service reports.
- Assist in monthly stock audits and inventory reconciliations.

**4. Sales & Targets**:

- Meet monthly service upsell and spare parts sales targets.
- Promote ongoing service offers or discounts to customers.
- Open job cards and document customer complaints with clarity and accuracy.
- Provide service estimates and explain the recommended services and repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians to understand vehicle problems and progress.
- Communicate job status updates to customers regularly.
- Ensure on-time delivery of serviced vehicles and complete final billing process.
- Handle customer feedback, queries, or complaints effectively.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per month
