**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell HVAC systems and products to new and existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with the technical and service team for smooth project execution
- Maintain sales reports and update CRM with accurate data
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC or technical products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a technical field is preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
