Clinical Responsibilities:

- **Patient Assessment and Diagnosis**:DMOs perform initial assessments of patients, including medical history, physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.
- **Treatment and Management**:They develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.
- **Emergency Response**:DMOs are responsible for responding to emergency cases, stabilizing patients, and coordinating with other medical professionals to ensure timely and effective care.
- **Patient Communication**:They communicate with patients and their families about their condition, treatment plans, and prognosis.
- **Record Keeping**:DMOs maintain accurate and complete medical records, documenting patient history, examinations, treatments, and progress notes.

Administrative and Supervisory Responsibilities:

- **Staff Supervision**:DMOs may supervise other medical staff, including nurses and interns, providing guidance and support.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:They work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as specialists, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- **Quality Improvement**:DMOs may contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement in patient care and hospital operations.
- **Compliance**:They ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
