- batao.me_ is our revolutionary customer feedback platform designed for small and medium businesses. It simplifies feedback collection through WhatsApp using QR codes, helping businesses gain valuable insights from their customers. The feedback can then be used to improve services and drive targeted marketing efforts, enhancing overall customer experience and business growth.
We are looking for two dynamic Field Sales Executive Interns to help bring batao.me, our innovative customer feedback solution, to small and medium businesses. This paid internship offers hands-on sales experience with a stipend and performance-based incentives. Ideal for BBA or MBA students looking to gain practical experience in sales and business development.
**Day-to-day Responsibilities Include**:
- Communicate effectively with business owners to understand their needs and present batao.me as the perfect solution.
- Utilize proficiency in English and Hindi to engage and build relationships with a diverse client base.
- Generate leads through outreach methods and follow up with potential clients to convert them into paying customers.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to close deals and overcome client objections.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- BBA or MBA students(Not Mandatory) with a keen interest in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Own a bike for daily commuting to client meetings.
**Perks**:
- Paid internship: ₹10,000/month + incentives up to ₹15,000.
- Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).
