**Job Summary**

As a Visual Merchandiser at MO Designs, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's aesthetic through innovative and captivating visual displays. You will create immersive environments that reflect our design philosophy and engage customers, ultimately driving sales and brand loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Display Creation**: Design and implement visually appealing product displays in retail environments to attract customers.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on current retail trends and consumer behaviour to create relevant displays.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with the brand's identity, values, and marketing campaigns.
- **Store Layout**: Collaborate with management to optimize store layout and product placement for maximum visibility and accessibility.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and adjust displays as needed to reflect new arrivals and seasonal changes.
- **Window Displays**: Design eye-catching window displays to draw in customers and promote specific products or promotions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and buying teams to coordinate promotional events and campaigns.
- **Visual Standards**: Maintain visual merchandising standards across all store locations, ensuring consistency and quality.
- **Training**: Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of displays and installations.
