About the role: We are seeking a Retail Visual Merchandiser who can bring our brand stories to life in physical spaces. This role is about creating an inspiring, immersive, and consistent in-store experience that reflects our identity, engages customers, and drives sales. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies across stores and pop-up formats - Design and refresh window displays, in-store layouts, mannequin styling, and POS visuals - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate seasonal campaigns into physical experiences - Ensure consistency of brand presentation - Use sales data and shopper behavior insights to guide visual merchandising decisions - Coordinate with store operations and inventory teams to ensure merchandising supports availability and sell-through Qualifications and Requirements: - 4 – 6 years of hands-on experience in visual merchandising within fashion or lifestyle retail - Strong understanding of retail design, spatial planning, and styling - Ability to balance creativity with commercial impact - Proficient in planning tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets - A strong aesthetic sense and deep interest in fashion and visual storytelling Interested candidates can share their updated resume along with CTC and notice period details at careers@fablestreet.com
