We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Cuisine Chef to develop, prepare, and execute authentic and innovative Chinese dishes. This role involves designing a balanced and appealing menu that caters to diverse customer preferences while maintaining authenticity and quality.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and design an authentic and creative Chinese menu, including appetizers, main courses, soups, rice, noodles, and desserts.
- Adapt traditional Chinese recipes to local tastes when appropriate.
- Monitor food preparation and ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain kitchen efficiency and service quality.
- Stay updated with culinary trends in Chinese cuisine.
- Train kitchen staff on preparation techniques and menu items.
- Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Deep knowledge of regional Chinese cuisines (e.g., Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, etc.).
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Creativity and passion for food presentation and innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
