**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, dumplings, soups, and other specialties.
- Ensure that all Chinese dishes are prepared according to authentic recipes and standards, maintaining the true flavors and essence of Chinese cuisine.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine the Chinese menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative twists on classic dishes.
- Monitor food stock levels for Chinese ingredients and supplies, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized Chinese kitchen area, following strict sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper Chinese cooking techniques, knife skills, and food presentation.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health department guidelines.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in Chinese cuisine, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into menu offerings.
- Assist with special events and catering functions featuring Chinese cuisine, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook/Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to prepare a wide range of Chinese dishes with authenticity and precision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Creativity and innovation in menu development, with a focus on showcasing the diversity and richness of Chinese cuisine.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in food handling and sanitation preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
