We are currently hiring an **Interior Factory Supervisor** to oversee and manage the smooth operation of our production facility.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations at the interior factory, ensuring production schedules are met.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and production teams to manage workflow.
- Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and product output to meet design standards.
- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and ensure timely procurement.
- Inspect machinery and equipment, ensuring all are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Implement quality control measures to meet project and client specifications.
- Handle team management, assigning tasks to workers, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues on the factory floor and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience **working in the interior design or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior production processes, materials, and techniques.
- Experience in managing factory operations or a workshop setting is preferred.
- Good understanding of quality control practices in the interior field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety and operational standards.

**Salary**: ₹4,00,000 - ₹5,50,000 per annum, based on experience and expertise.
