We are looking for a **dynamic, confident, and well-spoken Female Business Development Manager** to join our growing team. This is **not a telecalling job** — it’s a strategic business role focused on building meaningful B2B relationships and driving company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential **interior design firms, contractors, and project execution companies** online.
- Present NY ESTILO’s manufacturing capabilities and explore opportunities for collaboration or outsourcing.
- Schedule and coordinate **factory visits** or **office meetings** for the senior business development team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Represent NY ESTILO with professionalism and confidence in all communications.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** with the confidence to interact with senior professionals.
- Strong **research and networking abilities** to identify and connect with the right companies.
- Prior experience in **business development, client acquisition, partnerships, or the interior industry** is preferred (not mandatory).
- Proficiency in **English and Hindi** (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Passion for the **interior design, architecture, or construction** industry.
- **Education**: Any degree (graduate in any discipline).
