**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Department/Function**: Finance & Accounts
**Location**: Prasad Studio, Vadapalani

**Purpose & Scope**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and update financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Verify vendor bills and agreements, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Assist in payroll processes, including PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax deposition.
- Draft and present accounting summaries and reports for management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for payouts and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate Accounts MIS records and ensure error-free documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in the services or manufacturing sector.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, Word, and TDS software).
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Process-oriented with the ability to adhere to timelines.

- Accounts Manager
