**Responsibilities***:

- 1. Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract the best and brightest
- 2. Own and drive end to end recruitment process from (sourcing, pitching, interviews coordination, etc)
- 3. Develop innovative ways to raise the bar on how LimeChat recruits talent
- You must be able to successfully manage the talent pipeline against a timeline and understand how to prioritize to hit all SLAs
