Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Bangalore (Basavanagudi, South End Circle))
Duration: 6 Months (Internship)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, giving exposure to end-to-end hiring processes across different roles and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR (or recent graduate).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
  • Passion for HR and recruitment with a keen eye for talent.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
