**Responsibilities**:
1.Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists, leads, or referrals.

2.Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers over the phone.

3.Deliver compelling sales pitches to capture customer interest and address their needs effectively.

4.Actively listen to customers and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

5.Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to deliver accurate information and effectively address customer inquiries.

6.Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections, handle rejections, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

7.Maintain a customer-centric approach by providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with potential customers.

8.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.

9.Document and update customer information, including call notes and sales progress, accurately and efficiently in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

10.Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to identify sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

11.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position the company's products or services in the marketplace.

Qualifications:
1.High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.

2.Proven work experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role is preferred.

3.Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.

4.Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.

5.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

6.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle rejection professionally, and remain motivated.

8.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

9.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

10.Flexible and adaptable to changing sales strategies and market conditions.

11.Knowledge of the product or service being offered and the industry is an advantage.

12.Professional and positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
