We are seeking motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Executives based in India to make outbound calls to prospective customers in the USA. You will introduce services, qualify leads, and set appointments or close sales depending on campaign requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to USA-based leads as per campaign scripts and targets
- Engage prospects professionally, building rapport and trust
- Deliver a clear, compelling product/service pitch
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Update CRM or lead management tools accurately
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Collaborate with the team to improve campaign effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Fluent, neutral/accent-neutral English communication
- 3+ years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, sales, or customer service (preferred)
- Comfortable working US shifts (evenings/nights IST)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills
