Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Calling:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script or pitch.
- Introduce products or services to potential customers and create interest.

2. Product/Service Knowledge:
- Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.

3. Customer Engagement:
- Build rapport with potential customers to establish a positive and professional relationship.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with the aim of overcoming objections and closing sales.

4. Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and results.

5. Follow-up:
- Conduct follow-up calls to leads or customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase.
- Maintain a database of customer information for future follow-up opportunities.

6. Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines:
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company messaging.
- Adapt communication style to different customer personalities and situations.

7. Feedback and Reporting:
- Provide feedback on customer responses, common objections, and suggestions for improvement.
- Submit regular reports on call outcomes, sales performance, and any challenges faced.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
- Persuasive and confident in promoting products or services.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining customer records.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is often preferred.
