About the Project
Morphisec is a cybersecurity company, specializing in advanced threat prevention. They offer a platform that utilizes Automated Moving Target Defense (AMTD) technology to protect against a wide range of threats, including ransomware, supply chain attacks, and zero-day exploits. Their focus is on stopping attacks that other security solutions might miss, without impacting system performance.
Required skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through indirect channels.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and regional partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner portals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Scope of work:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with partners to drive joint business planning, pipeline development, and sales execution.
- Provide training and support to ensure partners are equipped to sell and support our solutions.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with KPIs and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver partner success.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform channel strategy.
