**Job Title: Ixigo - Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)**

**Experience - Freshers and Undergraduate**

**Salary : Up to ₹21,000 PM**

**Location: Gurgaon, Sector 20**

**Process**:

- **Travel Process - Voice Support**:

- Handle queries related to **Ixigo bookings, travel issues, refunds, cancellations, etc.**

**Experience Required**:

- **Voice process experience** preferred

**Educational Qualification**:

- **Graduate** or **Undergraduate**:

- Must have **strong verbal communication skills** in English & Hindi

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer queries over **calls** professionally
- Assist customers with their **travel-related bookings and concerns**:

- Ensure timely resolution and excellent customer service
- Maintain data and update CRM systems accurately
- Handle pressure during high-volume periods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
