**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enhance data recovery algorithms, techniques, and strategies to ensure maximum recovery success rates.
- Optimize existing codebase for performance, memory usage, and resource utilization to provide seamless user experiences.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data recovery processes, ensuring the reliability and stability of the software.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of data recovery functionalities to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data recovery to continuously improve our software products.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance teams to deliver user-focused and robust solutions.
- Contribute to the documentation of software design, architecture, and implementation details.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in C++ development, with a demonstrated focus on data recovery.
- Strong understanding of data recovery principles, techniques, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in C++ programming language, including modern C++ standards and best practices.
- Experience with debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve software issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative software development.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges related to data recovery.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
