**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Customer engagement and vibrancy in the project via activities
- Develops and maintains the activity calendar, newsletter, and set-up sheets
- Research, contract, and schedule outside services and entertainers.
- Plans, organizes, develops, implements, and directs the activity programs for residents in the Project
- Evaluates current programs and initiates changes for improvements
- Maintaining records of activity expenses
- Joining management meetings and providing recommendations to increase the efforts, and other tasks involved in activities of the department
- Data keeping, reports to management
- Managing and motivating team members
- Must be able to effectively manage and operate within budget
- Manage all areas of special events, games, and entertainment encouraging participation.
**Personal Characteristics**:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Patience with Residents
- Organizational, motivational, and leadership skills
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to create, plan and manage activities effectively
- Good knowledge of sports activities
- Energetic, physically fit, approachable, flexible, and creative
- Excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards Residents.

**Major KPIs include**:

- Planning and organizing activities
- Budgeting for Activities
- Increase residents’ attendance & participation Numbers in Activities
- Convert Non-active residents to Active.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
