Key Responsibilities

  • Configure MAWM modules, rules, and workflows as per operational requirements in alignment with global/US leads.
  • Set up system parameters, functional rules, and prepare environments for testing and go-live. Execute SIT/UAT/E2E test plans, document results, log defects, and coordinate fixes.
  • Support integrations between WMS and host systems (OMS, TMS, WCS, MHE, carrier APIs) through mapping reviews, test transactions, and validations.
  • Assist with data setup (item, location, client, inventory profiles) for testing and production readiness.
  • Troubleshoot functional/system issues in collaboration with US/global teams and vendor support. Maintain configuration documentation, change logs, and audit references.
  • Participate in deployments including configuration migration and post-go-live hypercare.
  • Attend regular coordination calls with global teams to review tasks, priorities, and updates.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) configuration and functional setup.
  • Decent hands-on experience in GCP Cloud (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong knowledge of WMS operations across retail, e-commerce, and 3PL environments.
  • Familiarity with Manhattan Active API ecosystem and basic ProActive extensibility features.
  • Good understanding of host integrations (OMS, TMS, WCS, automation systems) and EDI/integration methods.
  • Exposure to warehouse automation and MHE/WCS/WES integrations.
  • Experience in functional testing (test scenarios, execution, defect tracking, validation).
  • Knowledge of multi-client/multi-tenant warehouse setup in MAWM.
  • Prior exposure to Manhattan WMOS is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with experience working in distributed/global teams.
