9+ years designing and managing multiple Active Directory Forests and Domains for a large, geographically dispersed enterprise (**minimum 5000 users)**.
- 9+ years of experience administering **DNS, DHCP and PKI.**:

- Experience with configuring Group Policy Objects to secure a Windows infrastructure.
- Experience with complex scripting leveraging PowerShell.
- Experience working at an **AD 2008, 2012** functional level and **migration to 2016 **functional level preferred.
- Experience with domain consolidations/migrations preferred.
- Experience of Different type of tools to isolate the Active Directory issues.
- **5+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration**, to include Server 2012/16 and 2019 operating systems.

Ø Experience using a **ticket management system** for work prioritization and daily workload management.

Ø Knowledge on On-premise **Exchange and O365 Service** is added advantage.

Ø Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating of technical documentation.
- 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting
- **Incident Management & Escalation**:

- Ticket Status Check and Update.
- **Change Management** - Change Raising to facilitate incident resolution & Problem resolution.
- **Problem Management & RCA** - Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls

**Salary**: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
