REPORTING OFFICE : GURGAON, sector -47

SALARY : 25,000-28000/- + monthly performance bonus.

ROLES AND DUTIES:
Target should be to have potential customers list for repeated orders.

Keep a track of lost customers and assign calling them.

Keep track of customers with reduced business as compared to their previous sales.

Make sales strategies according to different categories of customers.

Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches

Updating the database with all the customer's information.

Preparing timely reports for seniors about review on work done monthly.

Will have to prepare different reports as to customer categories.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.

4+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL AND POWERPOINT.

Basic analytical reports graphs,charts for reporting purposes.

Good negotiation and problem solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
