**Job Title: RTG Operator**
**Location: Kattupalli Port, Tamilnadu**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Operate Rubber-Tired Gantry (RTG) Cranes**:
- Efficiently and safely operate RTG cranes to move and stack containers within the port.
- **Cargo Handling**:
- Handle various types of cargo, ensuring proper positioning and securement.
- **Safety Compliance**:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during crane operations.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:
- Conduct routine inspections on RTG equipment.
- Communicate any maintenance requirements to the maintenance team.
- **Communication**:
- Coordinate with the Vessel Planner and other port personnel to ensure smooth cargo operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience as an RTG Operator in a port environment.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in the safe operation of RTG cranes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- **Certifications**:
- Valid RTG Operator certification.
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
