**CUTTING OPERATOR**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and adjust cutting machines to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Load and unload materials onto and from cutting machines.
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
- Maintain and clean cutting equipment regularly.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Cutting Operator or in a related field (preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (a plus).
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
