**Job Summary**
- Responsible to Handle / Operate 5 Axis CNC machines (DMG / Haas) to produce Aircraft / Medical Components and also responsible to do programming / settings in the machines.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Interpret Technical Drawings and use knowledge to setup metal working processes; work holding fixtures, process steps, equipment and tooling selection.
- Efficiently write programs on 3, 4 & 5 axis machines in the language of the machine’s controller using Mastercam (preferred).
- Setup and prove out processes with Machinist on 5 Axis CNC machines.
- Siemens / Fanuc Controller experience a must.
- Determine the sequence of machine operations and select the proper cutting tools needed to machine work pieces, develops proves development
- Design and manufacture part holding fixtures for High Mix - Low Volume production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues; fixtures, machine, tooling, etc.
- Work with and provide feedback to various departments and customers.
- Monitor CNC processes and implement proactive solutions; process improvements, line flow, quality, efficiency
- Experience with aerospace metals manufacturing including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy, and Inconel.
- Perform other duties as required

**Key Skills**
- Basic knowledge on Mastercam, Good experience in DMG, MORI, Haas or Mazak 5-Axis experience are desired.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis in CNC, lathes, mills, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Experience in Aerospace, Defense or Medical manufacturing environment.
- Able to make independent, technical and tactical decisions with a high attentiveness to detail.
