We are looking for a dynamic **Pre-Sales Executive (Tele-calling)** with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team and help us drive our mission of delivering excellence in real estate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and offerings.
- Generate leads by identifying potential buyers, sellers, and investors in the real estate market.
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule property site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Provide accurate and timely information about properties, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain an updated client database and record all interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets.
- Build positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in tele-calling, pre-sales, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, and objections, and negotiate effectively.
- A target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for real estate and customer engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
